Fundraising Space takes the safety of our community seriously.
We are working with our venue to make sure they are doing everything they can to minimise the possible transmission of COVID-19 among event participants, this includes not running the event at maximum capacity for the space, keeping as many windows and doors as possible open and having face masks available for any participants who wish to use them. There will also be hand sanitiser available.
Fundraising Space 2022 will have a partly hybrid format meaning you’ll be able to join remotely for the plenary and show and tell presentations if you do not feel comfortable or are unable to attend. These will also be available to watch on-demand for 30 days after the event.
Fundraising Space organisers will keep an eye on infection rates in the lead-up to the event to ensure any changes to approach for ensuring safety can be made.
This policy will be updated in order to ensure that we follow Government guidance at the time of any event.
