To book online, you must indicate acceptance of these booking conditions.
Please note that it may be necessary for reasons beyond our control to alter the content, speakers or timings of events. We will keep the agenda up to date on the website, if and when any changes have to be made.
When your place has been booked, if you have requested to pay via an invoice, this will be emailed to you. Payment must be made within 14 days of the invoice date or by the day before the event, whichever is sooner.
Participation is only confirmed if payment for the ticket has been received prior to the event.
There are no discounts or refunds for only attending part of the event.
Substitutions, cancellations and refunds
If you are unable to attend, a substitute participant is welcome to take your place. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know the name of the substitute participant.
Our cancellation and refund terms are as follows:
- If you cancel your place more than 30 days before the event you will receive a 100% refund.
- If you cancel your place 14-29 days before the event you will receive a 75% refund.
- If you cancel your place 8-13 days before the event you will receive a 50% refund.
- If you cancel your place within seven days of the event, you will not receive a refund.
- If a registered participant does not show up at the event you will not receive a refund.
All refunds will be dealt with after the event and once all fees have been received and expenses paid.
If Fundraising Space has to cancel the event, your ticket cost will be reimbursed. We will not be liable for any additional costs incurred such as travel or accommodation.
Fundraising Space will not be liable if you are unable to attend or arrive late due to transport disruption.
Fundraising Space events are held at venues that are wheelchair accessible. Please let us know any requirements that you have on the event booking form.
If you require a carer or personal assistant to attend the event with you, they will receive a free place. Please let us know at the time of booking if you require this.
If you require a BSL interpreter, please let us know as far in advance as possible so that we can book an interpreter, subject to availability.
We can offer live captioning for those joining us online for the event – please let us know if this is something you require so we can arrange it.
